Who We Are

The Bloss’Em Project is a multifaceted program that works to prevent violence, bullying and harassment among middle and high school youth using prevention education workshops for youth, educators and parents.

Our mission is to provide violence prevention education and raise mentally strong and resilient youth by equipping them with the tools and attitudes necessary to build respectful, healthy relationships. Using age appropriate and curriculum based workshops, we aim to foster emotional intelligence, empathy, conflict resolution abilities and empower students to create safe schools where students, teachers and administrators can  thrive and build community free from bullying, harassment, violence and relationship abuse.

Our vision is to create a compassionate, safe, and empowered society where individuals live free from fear, harm and abuse.

Why Bloss’Em?

The play on the word “blossom” is intentional: we want THEM to BLOSSOM! We want to equip youth with the right tools to blossom, and thrive. Violence prevention education plays a critical role in fostering individual and community growth. When we focus on equipping people with the skills, knowledge, and awareness to prevent violence, we empower them to thrive both personally and socially.

Our Values:
